A: Yes! PakAuto operates globally and is accessible from any country. Our platform supports cross-border transactions, though local regulations and import/export requirements may apply to specific regions.
2. FOR BUYERS
Q: How do I contact a seller?
A: Simply browse listings, and when you find a vehicle of interest, you’ll see the seller’s contact information directly on the ad. You can call, message, or email them immediately—no registration required to contact sellers.
Q: Do I need to create an account to buy a vehicle?
A: No registration is needed to browse listings or contact sellers. However, creating a free account allows you to save favorite vehicles, receive price alerts, and access additional features.
Q: How can I verify a vehicle's condition?
A: We recommend:
- Requesting a professional inspection report
- Asking for vehicle history documentation
- Conducting a physical inspection when possible
- Using our verified inspection partners for added assurance
3. FOR SELLERS
Q: What are the two listing methods?
A: We offer two options:
- 1. Self-Upload: Register, pay the listing fee, upload your photos, and create the listing yourself.
- 2. Professional Service: Contact our team, we'll schedule a photoshoot at your location, take professional photos, and create the listing for you.
Q: How much does it cost to list a vehicle?
A: We have different fee structures:
- 1. Self-Upload: One-time fee starting at $X
- 2. Professional Service: Higher fee starting at $Y (includes photography) Both options include 30-day listing duration with seller contact information displayed.
Q: Why do sellers need to register?
A: Registration helps us maintain platform security, verify seller identities, prevent fraud, and ensure only legitimate vehicles are listed. It also enables better communication and transaction tracking.
4. PAYMENT & FEES
Q: When do I need to pay the listing fee?
A: Payment is required before your listing goes live on the platform. For Self-Upload, pay during the listing creation process. For Professional Service, payment is arranged after we schedule your photoshoot.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and select regional payment methods. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No hidden fees. The listing fee you see is what you pay. Additional costs may apply only if you choose extra services like featured placement or extended listing duration.
5. SAFETY & SECURITY
Q: How do you ensure transaction safety?
A: While we facilitate connections, vehicle transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. We recommend:
- Meeting in public places for inspections
- Using secure payment methods
- Verifying all documentation
- Considering professional escrow services for high-value transactions
Q: What should I do if I encounter a suspicious listing?

A: Your contact information is displayed to facilitate transactions. We recommend using a dedicated phone number for vehicle sales and never sharing sensitive personal information in initial communications.
